Woo-Hoo!
I have no idea how I was able to miss this last night, but the University of Spoiled Children got knocked out of No. 2 in the BCS. Woo-hoo! Christmas came early for me. I had hoped for the Longhorns to repeat, but I knew that would be a long shot at best. My second hope for the season was that USC wouldn’t get another shot.

Pete Carroll, Booty, and Jarrett all said the right things in the short quotes. I bet Leinart's "We're still the better team" really burned them last year and they were warned not to do it again. Pete Carroll seemed absolutely shellshocked after the game, but he really just credited the Bruins for making all the plays.
Ya know, Ex Coll, though I have no clue who you are, I've always thought "hmm, a guy with that loves cigars...that's kinda sexy." But hating the Trojans? Not sexy. Not sexy at all.
