It looks like UT Law lost another fine prof.
Prof. McCormack was teaching this semester's M&A course, and from what I've heard, was pretty good. He was an adjunct here since he was a partner at Fulbright in Dallas.

They probably just put his name on this week's list of attorneys who were leaving the firm. I guess even partners are cogs.
