I'm just glad to see the PMBR people are keeping their politics out of their business.
“Guderian owned a fifty acre parcel of mountain forest adjacent to a national park. When the Republican administration in Washington D.C. decided to sell off the national parks to developers, the market value of Guderians’s land quadrupled in value, since it now was next door to “Trump’s Yosemite Towers,” a 2,500-room resort and casino complex.”
I won’t bore you with the rest.

At least they understand who creates wealth and who takes it away.
Chup
I'll fill it in:
"Unfortunately, the casino brought with it the organized-crime element that's appeared in so many Native American communities after the introduction of gambling, and Guderian's house was burned down because he refused to pay protection money to the local don.
"Despite the loss of his home, the increased value of the plot inflated Guderian's property taxes far beyond his ability to pay, and real estate sharks we able to leverage him into selling out at less than the pre-casino market value.
"Thankfully, Guderian still gets to see his old land every day, working for minimum wage as a caddy on the new golf course."
