Or maybe Sager's PR office forgot to take something out.
I just saw the email from Our Fearless Leader regarding the forthcoming tuition increase. I didn't have to get past the opening line before I started laughing.
"To All?"
Don't worry faithful readers. I'll see if I can find Dean Sager's unedited version somewhere. If I find it, I'll post it.

funny post... but don't those random question marks appear in all the lawmail messages?
I'm not sure what the Freudian slip is...
But I read that email, and I actually really appreciated it. If accurate, the data on tuition increases at other schools is important. By itself, the fact that other law schools are going to be charging more is not a reason for UT to charge more, but there may be other reasons why the law school needs to raise tuition.
Also, one thing that's really worried me about the proposed tuition increase is that UT might start charging so much that it will entirely lose a good competitive advantage over other schools.
Obviously, if other schools go up, the risk of losing that advantage is not as great.
My favorite sentence:
"In the past, tuition increases at UT Law ? even very substantial ones ? have been applied uniformly to all students, including students already at the
School. "
As if to say UT Law? Is that where I am?
